The Art of Wellbeing

Get the feel-good endorphins flowing at Summer for the City’s pop-up wellness studio, presented in collaboration with NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. The Art of Wellbeing harnesses the power of art to engage the mind, body, and spirit with FREE guided meditations, movement-based lessons, and dance classes—accompanied with live music by world-class performers. Participants of all ages and ability levels are invited to release tension and stress, center the mind, and connect with the arts.
