If you’re wondering what Harriet Tubman is thinking looking down at the current state of the USA, Amanda Seales has got some ideas! What Would the Ancestors Say?? is the new one-woman show from the artistic intellectual. Over the course of two hours, Ms. Seales entertains, educates, and empowers audiences to step into the light handed down to them by those who fought before them. Weaving history telling and social commentary through stand-up comedy, poetry, song, and characters, she imagines a new future, keeps it real about the present, and gives voice to icons of our cultural past. Amanda Seales is back on stage to do what she does best: use art to tell the truth and TELL it funny!
