No One Is Alone is a groundbreaking concert dedicated to exploring the shared struggles of mental health through the transformative power of music. With guided meditations led by mindfulness teacher Michael Galyon, and musical performances by Natascia Diaz, Joely Fisher, Adam Hyndman, MILCK, Aundi Moore & MORGXN, this unique performance seeks to remind each individual in attendance that they are not alone in their journey and that support and understanding can be found through the melodies and stories of renowned artists. By bringing together a diverse group of performers and the American Pops Orchestra, we aim to shine a light on mental health challenges and foster a sense of community and connection. At its heart, No One Is Alone is a celebration of the ways in which music and personal stories can bridge the gaps between us and offer solace in times of difficulty. The concert will feature an array of powerful performances, showcasing songs and narratives from artists who have openly navigated their own mental health journeys. Through their music, these artists will share their experiences and remind the audience of the strength found in unity and empathy.
